Heather Nygaard

Heather Nygaard, PHR/SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Planning and HR Business Partnering at Qualifacts since June 2016. Prior roles include Head of Talent Acquisition at Direct General Insurance from February 2010 to March 2016, and Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist at Asurion from 2007 to 2009. Heather's earlier experience includes positions as a Recruiter/Account Manager at Randstad, Account Representative for Movado Group, Regional Office Manager at Randstad contracted to Saint-Gobain Abrasives, and Distributor Support Specialist at Cyber Acoustics. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Psychology from Belmont University, with prior studies at Washington State University and Clark College.
