Rachel Clemens

Rachel Clemens is an experienced professional in the field of clinical informatics and solutions consulting. Currently serving as the Vice President of Solutions Consulting at Qualifacts since July 2010, Rachel has previously held the position of Director of Clinical Informatics at Oaklawn Psychiatric Center, Inc. from July 2007 to July 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing medical records, IT, and project management for the implementation of the CareLogic electronic health record system. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Illinois State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Psychology from Bluffton University.
