Rachel Nielsen

Rachel Nielsen is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success and enablement. Currently serving as a Senior Enablement Manager at Qualified since January 2021, Rachel has also held various roles in the company, including Qualified Success Architect and Customer Success Enablement. Prior to this, Rachel was a Manager of Website Services at Intrado and contributed significantly to customer onboarding and success at Ambassador Software in multiple leadership positions. Rachel's career began with account management at Cision and ShowingTime, and earlier experience includes a leadership role at Gordon Salon. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications from Columbia College Chicago and possesses a strong educational foundation from Central Michigan University and Lakeville Memorial High School.
