Michael Smoots, J.D., AIF® has a wealth of experience in providing legal and consulting services to retirement plan sponsors. Michael currently serves as ERISA Counsel at Qualified Plan Advisors, where Michael offers investment advice and consulting to retirement plan sponsors. Prior to this, Michael has held various roles in companies such as ONE Retirement, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, RBC Wealth Management, and Lewer. With a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Kansas State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law, Michael has a strong educational background to support their career.
