Ricardo Soares

Ricardo Soares has extensive work experience in various HR and talent management roles. Ricardo has worked for companies such as Qualifyze, Benevity, Koa Health, Alpha, ManpowerGroup, Grifols, Gas Natural Fenosa, Talent Search People, Keysight Technologies, and Agilent Technologies. Throughout their career, they have managed the People Team, focused on leadership, talent development, and fostering inclusive cultures, and implemented plans for systematic talent management. Ricardo has also been responsible for recruitment, selection, competency interviews, evaluation and assessment of psychometric testing, contract management, and reporting. Their main focus has been on multilingual and international profiles. Overall, Ricardo has been dedicated to improving employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Ricardo Soares earned a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universidade da Maia - UMAIA between 2002 and 2006. Later, they attended the University of Bath from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Health/Medical Psychology.
