Verónica Padilla

Verónica Padilla has been working in the professional field since 2007. Verónica began their career as an Intercultural Mediator and Immigration Advisor at the Ajuntament Santa Coloma de Gramenet. In 2011, they took on a Project Manager role at the University of Bedfordshire, Institute of Family Therapy London, where they were responsible for making sure that all the aims of the project and the quality standards were met. In 2014, they became a Tutor at SOAS Language Center, contributing to their language curriculum development and teaching. In 2016, they joined AFA - Asociación Forum Auditorías as an Operations Coordinator, overseeing the organization and coordination of quality audits around the world. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Head of Operations and Operations Manager at Qualifyze, operating the world’s first open, digital platform for supplier audits in GxP environments.

Verónica Padilla's education history consists of a Women's Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management in 2021, a Master of Arts (MA) in Global Migration from City, University of London in 2010-2011, a language course in Mandarin Chinese from Renmin University of China in 2005-2006, and a BA in East-Asian Studies from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2003-2005. Verónica also has certifications in Women's Leadership Program from Yale School of Management obtained in December 2021, Foundations of Everyday Leadership from Coursera obtained in June 2018, and Initiating and Planning Projects from Coursera obtained in May 2017.
