Michelle Kropp

Michelle (Chuck) Kropp currently serves as a Research Manager and Project Manager at Qualigence International, where responsibilities include overseeing the performance of Research Consultants, managing various client projects, ensuring data accuracy, and mentoring team members. Since March 2014, Michelle has utilized advanced sourcing methodologies to identify candidates for client positions and has played a leadership role within the Research Department. Prior to this position, Michelle was a Personal Banker at Bank of America from April 2004 to March 2014, assisting customers with banking options and building client relationships. Michelle holds an education from Eastern Michigan University and John Glenn.
