Gladys Machut

Gladys Machut has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being Head of HR & Administration at Qualineo since October 2019. In this position, they managed a team of three and oversaw various HR functions such as payroll, contracts, employee benefits, and recruitment. Gladys played a key role in developing HR strategies, implementing onboarding and offboarding processes, and establishing a sustainable telecommuting policy. Gladys also organized internal communication initiatives, including newsletters and knowledge management. Additionally, they successfully recruited around 30 IT professionals during their tenure at Qualineo.

Before joining Qualineo, Gladys worked as a Language Assistant at Kippenberg-Gymnasium and Gymnasium Horn where they participated in the France Education International program. Gladys also served as a Lecturer at Institut français from January 2018 to July 2019. Prior to these teaching roles, Gladys gained legal experience as a trainee solicitor at the Institut National de la Propriété Intellectuelle (INPI), where they conducted legal research and contributed to the work of the Intellectual Property Observatory. Gladys also completed the European Union Trademark Intensive Module at EUIPO, where they deepened their knowledge of trademark law, evidence assessment, and IP infringement issues.
