Christelle Hochart

Christelle Hochart is the Director of People and Culture at Qualio. Prior to Qualio, Christelle was the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Honey, which was acquired by PayPal. Christelle has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, supporting sales and go-to-market functions in the US, UK and Australia.

Christelle is a strategic partner with all HR teams, collecting and analyzing employee data to identify trends and offer solutions. Christelle is also a key member of the leadership team, working with management to align HR programs with business goals. As an advocate for company culture, Christelle champions values-based decision making.

In their role at Qualio, Christelle coaches and advises managers on all people-related and HR-related matters. Christelle also oversees compliance with employer regulations, workforce planning and recruitment.

Christelle Hochart has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from IEC Business School, an Associate's Degree in Small Business Administration/Management from IEC Business School, a Professional Degree in Human Resources Management (After Bachelor) from CNAM Aquitaine, and a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Christelle is certified by SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and has a certificate in coaching and mentoring in the workplace.
