Matt Wilding-Ayre

Matt Wilding-Ayre is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Qualis Flow (Qflow) since November 2023. Prior to this role, Matt held various leadership positions, including Head of Engineering at MOO from March 2021 to October 2023 and at iPlato Healthcare from July 2020 to February 2021. Matt also worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Unruly, where redundancy occurred in June 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Development & Testing at Pension Protection Fund from November 2017 to May 2019, founding MotorDocs and leading the company from July 2013 to October 2017, and acting as Technical Pre Sales / Account Manager at Formpipe from October 2006 to June 2013.
