Sylvain Grados

Sylvain Grados has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sylvain started their career in 1999 at Air France-KLM as a Systems Analyst before moving on to become an IT Project Manager in 2001. Sylvain then transitioned to various sales and management positions within the same company, including roles such as Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Director, and Business Intelligence Director. In 2017, Sylvain joined Air France KLM Martinair Cargo as the Director of Business Development, and later became the Director of Revenue Management for North America & Africa. Most recently, they are currently serving as the Head of Sales at Qualitair&Sea International Logistics, starting in 2021. Sylvain's extensive experience in sales, management, and IT project management has equipped him with a comprehensive skill set and knowledge in the aviation industry.

Sylvain Grados pursued their education with a focus on business and management. In 1995, they enrolled at NEOMA Business School and completed their Master's degree in Finance in 1997. Following this, they pursued another degree at NEOMA Business School and graduated with a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 1999. Concurrently, from 1997 to 1999, they also attended Baruch College where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Information Systems in 1999.
