Ina Coman (Tudorache) serves as the Competence Director for the IT Division and Human Resources Director at ALTEN Romania since January 2024. With extensive experience at QUALITANCE since November 2010 as HR and Operations Director, Ina spearheads the design and implementation of HR strategies, oversees full employee journeys, and enhances organizational culture initiatives. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Business Controls, where responsibilities encompassed operational compliance, cost management, and contractual negotiations. Ina holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Communication and dual Bachelor's degrees in International Business Relations and Business Administration from reputable Romanian institutions.
