Daniela Castro Luna is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in claims operations and management. Since October 2014, Daniela has been with Qualitas Insurance Company in the USA, progressing from Claims Supervisor to Claims Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Daniela worked at MACNAFTA INSURANCE SERVICES, INC. as a Claims Assistant from October 2012 to September 2014.
