Kedar Joshi

Kedar Joshi has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kedar served as the Director of Client Engagements at Qualitia Software and the Director at Unique Systems. Kedar also worked as a Manager in the Information Management and Analysis (IMAS) service line within the Risk Advisory Service at Ernst & Young. Kedar has experience in data analysis using MS Access, SQL, and proficiency in MS Excel and Access. Additionally, they conducted application controls testing and business process reviews, as well as managed IT General Controls review of applications for Sarbanes Oxley requirements for various banking and asset management clients.

Prior to that, Kedar worked as a Senior Consultant at KPIT Cummins, working on projects for top consulting firms like KPMG and Protiviti, assisting management in complying with the provisions of the Sarbanes Oxley Act. Kedar was also an Assistant Manager Finance at HCL Technologies, where they conducted audits of their Software Development Centres and subsidiaries in India. Kedar was also deputed as the Controller of two subsidiaries of HCL Technologies in Bangalore.

Kedar began their career as an Assistant Manager at A F Ferguson & Co, where they did their Articleship for Chartered Accountancy. During this time, they participated in financial audits of large listed companies across diverse industries, gaining hands-on experience in understanding financial reporting, GAAP requirements, tax laws, foreign exchange compliances, and commercial and other laws.

Kedar Joshi obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Maharashtra Jobs in 1997. Kedar then pursued a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from 1997 to 2000, emphasizing Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Corporate Laws. In 2001, Kedar completed a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) program, focusing on Technology & Information Systems. Lastly, in 2003, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, specializing in Accounting, Tax, and Finance.
