Sean McNamara

Sean McNamara has extensive experience in retail management and customer service, currently serving as a Credit Analyst and previously as an Assistant Workforce Manager at Quality Bicycle Products since February 2018. Prior to this role, Sean spent nearly a decade at Erik's Bike Shop, Inc., holding positions such as Associate Store Manager, Merchandising Lead, and Events and Club Support Manager. Responsibilities included in-store merchandising, event coordination, staff training, and customer service. Earlier career roles included bartending and positions in shipping and receiving. Sean holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from the Minnesota School of Business.
