Debra Sesholtz

Debra Sesholtz has over 20 years of experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and allied industries. Debra began their career at Tosoh Bioscience, Inc. in 1997 as a Global Market Manager, where they increased sales and profitability of the Laboratory Business Unit. In 2001, they moved to Polysciences, Inc. as a Corporate Marketing Manager, where they led strategic marketing planning and tactical implementation for 5 business units. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at SP Industries, Inc. as the Director of Corporate Marketing, where they developed global marketing strategies and implemented tactical plans for 6 company brands. In 2008, they joined the ChemPharma(r) Professional Association as a Board of Advisors, and later served as President and Vice President. In 2011, they moved to Bioquell Inc (USA) as a Marketing Manager, where they increased leads by 37%. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at VWR, part of Avantor, as a Strategic Portfolio Director, where they were responsible for P&L expansion for Chromatography and Filtration portfolios. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Penn Color, Inc. as a Marketing Communications Manager, where they developed a new role for the organization. In 2020, they joined Quality Biological, Inc. as a Senior Director of Marketing & Communications.

Debra Sesholtz obtained a Master of Science in Food Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Delaware. In November 2020, they also obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: Agile Foundations, Agile Marketing Foundations, Lead Generation: Social Media, and Social Media for Leadership.
