Nikki Ashford

Nikki Ashford is an experienced early childhood education professional with a diverse background in teaching and program management. Currently serving as an Early Care and Education Specialist at Quality Care for Children since April 2023, Nikki previously held the position of Pre Kindergarten Teacher and Office Coordinator at Primrose School of Dunwoody from October 2015 to September 2023. During this time, Nikki implemented Balanced Learning Curriculum and STEAM-based learning, tracked individual developmental needs, and managed staff schedules. Prior roles include Director at The Goddard School of Sandy Springs West, Lead Teacher at Positive Images, Inc., YMCA Y-Enrichment Site Coordinator, and various positions at Boll Family YMCA, demonstrating a consistent commitment to fostering educational growth and ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
