Lindsay Rees has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lindsay is currently working as the Head of Social Care Content at Quality Compliance Systems since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Health and Care at Encore Care Homes from November 2020 to May 2022, and also worked as the Head of Care and Quality Assurance at the same company from July 2020 to November 2020.

Before joining Encore Care Homes, Lindsay worked as a Clinical Quality Manager at HC-One from February 2020 to July 2020. Lindsay also gained extensive experience at Colten Care, where they held the positions of Regional Clinical Manager from December 2014 to February 2020, Group Senior Support Manager from January 2014 to December 2014, and Head of Care from July 2012 to December 2013.

Lindsay's early career includes roles as an RGN at Thornbury Nursing Services from June 2004 to September 2005, an RN at Royal North Shore Hospital/North Shore Private Hospital from September 2003 to March 2004, and a Staff Nurse at the Coronary Care Unit/D4 Cardiothoracic Ward from January 2001 to September 2003.

Lindsay Rees has a diverse education history. In 1983-1988, they attended Cobham Primary School. Later, from 1989 to 1996, Lindsay attended Dr Challoners Grammar School, where they completed their A-Levels and GCSEs. Lindsay then pursued higher education at the University of Southampton from 1996 to 1998 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Continuing their education, Lindsay completed an Accelerated Advanced Diploma in Adult Nursing at the University of Southampton from 1999 to 2001. In 2017-2018, they enrolled in a program at King's College London and earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Practice, specifically focusing on leading quality improvement in older persons care.
