Kelly Cosgrove has over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. Starting in 1987, they worked as a Regional Manager at Shaw Industries for 14 years before becoming Sales Manager at Village Floor & Wall in 2001. In 2006, they became CEO and Majority Owner at Abbey Carpet & Floor of Minnesota, a position they held until 2011. From 2011 to 2020, they worked as a Flooring Buyer at HOM Furniture. Currently, Kelly is the VP of Sales at Quality Craft, where they specialize in sales of high-quality residential and commercial flooring products.
Kelly Cosgrove obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, which took place from 1979 to 1984.
