Dustin Douglas

Dustin Douglas is a seasoned professional in operations and continuous improvement, currently serving as Sr Director for Continuous Improvement and West Region Operations at Quality Custom Distribution since March 2021. Previously, Dustin held various senior leadership positions at PepsiCo from February 2012 to March 2021, including Senior Market Director for North Texas, where responsible for substantial annual sales and revenue. Earlier roles included Vice President of Regional Sales at Pepsi Beverages Company and multiple management positions at Pepsi Bottling Group, focusing on sales, operations, and logistics across diverse regions. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics and Transportation from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
