Crystal has extensive experience in quality operations and management, having held leadership positions at various pharmaceutical companies such as Mylan, Novartis, Watson Pharmaceuticals, and B. Braun Medical. Crystal's career has been focused on ensuring compliance and maintaining high-quality standards within the industry. Crystal completed their BS in Chemistry at Fairmont State University.
