Fredrik van Rooyen is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Quality Foods Africa Group since May 2022, Fredrik previously held the positions of GM/COO at the same company and Food and Beverage Manager at Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society from March 2020 to February 2022. Prior roles include Head of Operations for Alabbar Enterprises' food and beverage division, Brand Operations Manager for California Pizza Kitchen at Gourmet Gulf LLC, and Area Manager for both Al Forno and Primi World, where significant expansion and operational management were achieved. Fredrik's career began with Carnival Cruise Lines as a management trainee, quickly advancing to F&B Manager. Educational credentials include a degree in Hotel Management from the American Hotel and Motel Association.
