Robert Weaver attended Portland State University from 1987 to 1991. During this time, they pursued two bachelor's degrees. Robert obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Accounting, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science (B. A. Sc.) in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
