Paul F.

Paul F. has extensive experience in the petroleum and pipeline industry, currently serving as the Assistant Chief Inspector for Capital Projects at Quality Integrated Services, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions including Chief Inspector, Senior Inspector, and Foreman for contracts with Enbridge, TC Energy, DTE, and Precision Pipeline from November 2012 to October 2021, overseeing multiple pipeline projects and consistently achieving high EHS standards. Paul's expertise also includes managing international and stateside coating quality as a Supervisor for Welspun Tubular, USA from November 2009 to October 2012. Early in their career, Paul worked as a Pipeliner with Price Gregory, Associated Pipeline, and Sheehan Pipeline from June 2006 to November 2009. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Biola University, a Master of Arts in Literature from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and NACE Certified Coating Inspector Level 3 certification.
