Ashley Oguadimma M.Ed

Ashley Oguadimma M.Ed has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Most recently, they served as the President & COO of Quality Interactions, Inc., a company specializing in cultural competency training for the healthcare industry. In this role, Ashley provided fiscal, strategic, and operational leadership, supervised various departments, and implemented business initiatives to improve program execution and expand the company's reach. Prior to that, Ashley was the Vice President of Academic Services at JVS Boston and the Academic Director at Year Up, where they oversaw academic programs and ensured student success. Ashley also gained valuable experience in human resources as a Human Resources Business Partner at Maximus. Additionally, Ashley has a background in education, having held positions as a Humanities Teacher, Dean of Students, and Lower School Humanities Teacher and Special Projects Coordinator in various charter schools and organizations. Ashley also served as the Student Success Program (SSP) Project Director at The Efficacy Institute.
