Alicia Elson

Alicia Elson has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Quality Living Inc. since October 1990, where Alicia held various positions, culminating in the role of Vice President of Human Resources before retirement. Prior to their tenure at QLI, Alicia served as a Teen Counselor at the Salvation Army from 1985 to October 1990. Alicia holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, obtained between 1986 and 1989, and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Creighton University, earned from 1982 to 1986. Early education was completed at Denison High School, graduating in 1982.
