Kay Shattuck is a seasoned professional in the field of education and research, currently serving as the Founding Director and Senior Advisor for Research at QM Quality Matters since January 2020. Previously, Kay held the position of Director of Research at Quality Matters from 2002 to January 2020 and has been an Associate Editor for The American Journal of Distance Education since 2018. Additional experience includes working as an Affiliate of World Campus Faculty Development at Penn State World Campus from 2008 to August 2014 and serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the College of Education at The Pennsylvania State University from 2000 to June 2014. Kay also directed distance learning initiatives at Carroll Community College from 1993 to 2008.
