Erika currently serves as a People Business Partner at Quality Restaurant Group and previously worked as a Regional Training Leader at Quality Huts Mid-Atlantic. Prior to these roles, Erika held multiple leadership positions at Pizza Hut of Maryland, Inc. Erika holds an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore and a B.A. in Business Administration from Towson University.
