Drew Coverdill

Drew Coverdill is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in system performance analysis and design for reliability. Currently employed at Quality Systems Applications since April 2017, Drew previously worked as an Application and Research Specialist at Prairiefire Consulting, Inc. from November 2010 to April 2017, focusing on the effects of variations on system performance. Earlier roles include a Student Practicum at Caterpillar Inc. and a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where experiments on the combustion of pressed metal powders were conducted, alongside facility design for interrupting detonations. Drew holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 2010 and 2008, respectively.
