Greg Bach

Greg Bach currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at QualityHub, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this role, Greg held various key positions at Synergy Flavors from July 2005 to July 2021, including General Manager, where responsibilities included managing the coffee, tea, and natural extracts business unit with a P&L of over $20 million, and Vice President, where Greg played a significant role in expanding the flavorings business from $13 million to $70 million. Earlier in Greg's career, positions included Director of Operations, Director of Marketing, and Director of Beverage Industry at Sensient Flavors, overseeing multiple manufacturing facilities and marketing strategies. Additional experience includes serving as Site Manager at Quest Flavors and holding engineering roles at Sensient Flavors. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Northwestern University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
