Kevin Plouffe has extensive experience in program management and IT operations, currently serving as Associate Director of Program Management at QualityMetric, an IQVIA business, since August 2000, where previous roles included Vice President of IT Operations and Senior Systems Administrator. Kevin's prior experience includes positions as IT Architect at Optum from January 2013 to March 2024, Applications and Systems Trainer at CompUSA from January 1997 to April 2000, and Analyst at Dyntel in 2000. Kevin also worked as a Senior Computer Lab Assistant at the University of Rhode Island while earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the same institution, completing the degree in 1996.
