Mike Fletcher

Mike Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike is currently the President and co-Founder of Qualtik, a company that provides technology solutions to financial institutions for optimizing data-driven decisions related to commercial loan portfolios. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Mirador, a subsidiary of CUNA Mutual Group, where they led business development and marketing efforts for their omni-channel business loan application and web-based management tools. Mike also held the role of Head of Marketing and Business Development at Mirador.

Before joining Mirador, Mike was part of InComm, where they held various roles including SVP, GM of Digital Solutions and SVP of Marketing and Sales. In these positions, they played a significant role in the acquisition and integration of Giftango into InComm, and led efforts in marketing, channel sales, program management, and operations.

Mike's work experience also includes being the CMO and co-Founder of Giftango, where they focused on business development, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Mike played a crucial role in changing the payments landscape through brand development, PR, and the support of a dynamic sales team.

Earlier in their career, Mike worked at Point West Credit Union as the COO, where they led various departments including marketing, lending, financial services, operations, business development, and collections. Mike started at Point West as the Director of Business Development and gradually rose to the position of VP of Marketing and Business Development.

In addition to their professional roles, Mike was an i3 Member at Filene Research Institute and served as the Assistant Athletics Director - Development at Portland State University, where they managed ticket sales, donor relations, fundraising events, and brand development.
