Luis Cartagena is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently working at Qualtrics since September 2019. In the role of Data Scientist for Healthcare, Luis has successfully led the revision, testing, and deployment of Medicare and Medicaid Services data pipelines, ensuring HIPAA compliance while improving program scalability for over 25 hospital systems. Additionally, Luis oversaw CAHPS data quality management and maintained a substantial Salesforce database of over 1.6 million accounts in a previous Go-To-Market role.
