Yunru Huang

Yunru (Claire) Huang is a Senior Data Scientist at Genentech, specializing in Personalized Healthcare and Real World Data Science since May 2020. Yunru leads global Real World Data efforts for various oncology indications and has authored key regulatory documentation for ASO FB IgA Nephropathy. Prior roles include Scientist and Biostatistician at 23andMe and Graduate Student Researcher positions at UC Davis Medical Center and UC Davis, where Yunru developed statistical algorithms and conducted advanced research in epidemiology and biostatistics. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Epidemiology, an M.S. in Statistics, a Master of Medicine in Pathology, and an MD in Preventive Medicine, all obtained through the University of California, Davis and Central South University.
