Raul Rodriguez dela Torre

Raul Rodriguez DeLa Torre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success Portfolio for Non-Regulated Industries in the US & Canada at Qualtrics, Raul previously held leadership roles within Qualtrics, as well as serving as a Digital Transformation Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Zendesk, where Raul led the Customer Success team for Latin America, and co-founding Zungu, a veterinary service in Mexico. Raul's background also includes a Customer Success Manager role at Oracle, where project success and customer relationships were prioritized. Raul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and completed a sales program at IAE Business School.
