Samantha Gill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and management. Since June 2015, Samantha has held multiple roles at Qualtrics, progressing to Manager of Scale Customer Success for North America while also leading educational initiatives within the Customer Success team. Prior to Qualtrics, Samantha served as President of the Marriott Undergraduate Student Association, enhancing the student experience and fostering a unifying culture. Additional roles include Academic Student Advisor at Marriott School of Management, Product Development Intern at FranklinCovey, and General Manager at Lani’s Hawaiian Style Shave Ice, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University, following an Associate of Science from Southern Utah University.
