Ultan Hanrahan

Ultan Hanrahan is a seasoned Solution Architect at Qualtrics since March 2019, specializing in Customer Experience (CX) and supporting the Sales team with software sales. Prior to Qualtrics, Ultan served as a Principal Solution Consultant at Openet from September 2014 to February 2019, where responsibilities included crafting value propositions, collaborating with customers to develop tailored solutions, and leading formal responses for RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes. Ultan's extensive experience also includes roles at Ericsson from April 2006 to August 2014, progressing from a Graduate Professional Services Engineer to a Solution Architect and Technical Lead Engineer, focusing on real-time charging systems and pre-sales support. Ultan holds a B.Eng in Electronic & Computer Engineering from the University of Galway.
