Zach Balter

Zach Balter is an experienced web and digital experience professional currently serving as the Head of Web & Digital Experience at Qualtrics since July 2025. Prior to this role, Zach held the position of Senior Web & SEO Manager at PitchBook from September 2023 to July 2025 and spent eight years at ExtraHop, where Zach progressed from Web Production Engineer to Senior Web Development Manager. In this latter role, Zach led a web development team, managed significant projects including a brand launch and CMS migration, and was responsible for site architecture and team processes. Earlier experience includes a role as a UX Designer at Faira and serving as a Teaching Assistant for a web technologies course at the University of Washington. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from the University of Washington.
