Zach Balter

Zach Balter is an experienced web and digital professional currently serving as the Head of Web & Digital Experience at Qualtrics since July 2025. Prior to this role, Zach held the position of Senior Web & SEO Manager at PitchBook from September 2023 to July 2025. Zach has a strong background in web development, having served as Senior Web Development Manager at ExtraHop for eight years, where responsibilities included leading the web development team, overseeing significant projects such as a brand launch and CMS migration, and managing front-end development tasks. Earlier experience includes various roles in web design and development at Faira, the University of Washington, and TripTips, along with a degree in Informatics from the University of Washington obtained in 2015.
