Reif Tauati

Reif Tauati has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Reif is currently the President at Qualtry, where they focus on building and scaling e-commerce brands in the personalization space. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member and CEO at Guardia One, where they developed an out-of-the-box shipping warranty solution for Shopify stores. Reif also has extensive experience at Qualtry, where they held roles such as EVP, Revenue and Product Manager. In these positions, they led teams responsible for sales, project management, software implementation, and key decision-making processes. Additionally, Reif worked as a Product Manager at Elevated Billing Solutions, where they managed bug and feature requests, prioritized backlog and sprints, and led software training initiatives. Earlier in their career, they were an Associate Product Manager and Associate Software Engineer at Overstock.com, where they led a team in designing and executing the Overstock Affiliates program and worked on API development. Reif began their professional journey as a Systems Consultant at Brigham Young University Hawaii, where they maintained computers, installed software and hardware, and pushed new operating systems. Reif has demonstrated expertise in e-commerce, product management, software development, and technical support throughout their career.

Reif Tauati began their education at Kamehameha Schools Hawaii Campus, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they attended Carnegie Mellon University in 2008 and 2009, focusing on Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. After a break, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Accounting at Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
