Kathryn Hogg

Kathryn Hogg is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as Principal Systems Architect at Qualus since October 2023, following the acquisition of GridBright, where Hogg held the title of Executive Systems Architect from December 2022 to November 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Technology Architect at OATI, where leadership in developing fault-tolerant systems was emphasized, and various positions at Oracle, including Applications Architect, from January 2007 to May 2017. Kathryn Hogg played a significant role in the establishment and growth of the Minnesota Freeze Australian Rules Football Club, serving as Founder and Vice President, and has been actively involved in the USAFL in various capacities, including Women's Football Director and Member at Large. Early career work includes positions at SPL WorldGroup and Configured Energy Systems, with a solid technical foundation built through experience and education from the University of Minnesota.
