Kevin Cornish is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and utility sector. Currently serving as the Director of Distribution Automation at Qualus, Kevin focuses on optimizing utility operations using advanced distribution automation technologies. Previously, Kevin held the position of Vice President of Smart Grid at Utilligent, leading Smart Grid transformation initiatives. A substantial part of Kevin's career was spent at BLACK & VEATCH MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, where contributions included senior leadership roles and managing innovative energy solutions. With a strong background in operational technologies and consulting for electric, gas, and water utilities, Kevin has also managed significant projects in Smart Metering and Demand Response. Kevin is well-educated with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications Management, along with various certifications in sustainability and project management.
