Sharthak Munasib, PE, is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in protection and control design for electric utilities. Currently serving as Team Lead at Qualus since January 2022, Sharthak manages project execution, collaborates with diverse teams, and supports project bidding and estimation. Previously, Sharthak held the position of Senior Engineer, where independent design reviews for protection and control packages were conducted, ensuring alignment with customer standards. Early career roles include Relay Engineer at Electric Power Systems and Field Engineer, as well as Associate Field Engineer at North American Protection & Control, LLC, focusing on testing and commissioning power system protection equipment. Sharthak also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Arkansas, developing Solid-state Circuit Breakers for DC microgrid applications. Sharthak's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
