Caitlyn Hodges, PMP has over 10 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Caitlyn began their career as an Intern for Virendra Sharma MP in the United Kingdom Parliament, where they conducted research, drafted questions, and prepared letters and press releases. Caitlyn then worked as an Assistant Manager at Adega Wine Cellars and Cafe before joining the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology as an Intern. In this role, they provided research support, authored memorandums, and participated in briefings on science, space, and technology issues. Caitlyn's next position was as a Research Assistant at the National War College, where they contributed to publications on cybersecurity and assisted in event planning. Caitlyn then joined QualX Corporation, starting as a Junior Declassification Analyst and progressing to various roles including Quality Control Analyst, Metrics Coordinator, Team Lead, and Site Manager. In their current role as Senior Program Manager, Caitlyn is responsible for overseeing the Navy Declassification contract, including interviewing potential hires, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining employee rosters. Caitlyn has also contributed to the successful capture and transition of the contract. Caitlyn Hodges has a strong background in program and project management, with a proven ability to coordinate and lead teams in diverse environments.

Caitlyn Hodges, PMP, holds a Master of Arts degree in Security Policy Studies with a focus on Transnational Security Issues and Weapons of Mass Destruction. Caitlyn obtained this degree from The George Washington University, where they studied from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Mathematics, at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Caitlyn attended this institution from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Caitlyn holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which they obtained in July 2017 from the Project Management Institute.
