Ankita Raj

Ankita Raj is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and operations. Currently serving as Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations at Qualys since May 2022, Ankita has played a vital role in the global transition from Jobvite to Workday, providing training and support for the new system. Prior to this, Ankita worked at Acquia as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, managing a team of recruiters and enhancing candidate experience. Ankita's recruitment journey also includes roles at Incentius and iPlace USA, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment processes and conducting technical assessments. Ankita holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from MIT School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Animation and Visual Effects from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
