JC Newton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a PCI Subject Matter Expert and Senior Technical Support Engineer at Qualys since August 2021, JC previously held multiple roles at cPanel, including Bilingual Linux Technical Analyst II and Migration Specialist from November 2012 to August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Bilingual Linux Technical Analyst at Compudopt and as an IT Coordinator. JC holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Houston Community College, earned between 2010 and 2012.
