Richard Sorosina

Richard Sorosina is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Security Officer and Vice President of Solution Architecture for EMEA and APAC at Qualys since April 2023. Previously, Richard held the position of Head of Cyber Security Practice at Macquarie Telecom Group from February 2021 to March 2023, and founded Verus Data Security, where Richard worked as Principal Consultant from February 2019 to January 2021. Richard's extensive experience in sales engineering and technology architecture includes roles as Sales Engineering Director for APAC at LogRhythm and Senior Enterprise Technology Architect for APAC at McAfee. Prior positions also include Technical Consultant at Arrow ECS UK, System Administrator & Support at POS Direct, Support Engineer at ATI Garryson Ltd, and IT Contractor at NHS Leicester General Hospital.
