Saudamini Karun

Saudamini Karun is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently working at Qualys since August 2025. Previously, Saudamini served as Sr Manager of Talent Acquisition at Balbix from 2022 to 2025, where expertise was developed in creating talent acquisition strategies aligned with growth in the cybersecurity and enterprise tech sectors. From March 2016 to June 2022, Saudamini was the Recruitment Manager for India and APAC at Qualys, achieving significant growth by expanding the talent acquisition team and supporting an increase in headcount. Earlier experience includes a role as Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist at BMC Software, focusing on hiring across EMEA, APAC, and India, and implementing a global ATS system. Saudamini began the career as an Account Manager at Maxelor Technologies in 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) in Computer Science from Nowrosjee Wadia College.
