Sharvari Potnis

Sharvari Potnis is a software engineer with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps. Currently at Qualys since January 2023, Sharvari specializes in deploying vulnerability scanners and CI/CD pipelines in AWS/Azure environments. Previously, at Cisco from May 2021 to January 2023, Sharvari developed Python tools to enhance cloud infrastructure efficiency, significantly reducing database space complexity. At Amazon Web Services from October 2019 to May 2021, Sharvari implemented Python scripts to improve VPN tunnel reliability and designed customer network infrastructures. Sharvari's earlier roles included an AWS Developer Intern and a Research Assistant at San Jose State University, where projects focused on IoT integrations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Pune University, along with German language proficiency from Goethe-Institut.
