Umang Shah

Umang Shah is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in designing and developing software applications. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Qualys since May 2017, Umang is responsible for enhancing the core vulnerabilities management application within the Qualys cloud platform. Prior to this role, Umang worked as a Senior Software Engineer at QuinStreet and developed significant features for multiple websites. Previous positions include Senior Web Developer at Quartzy, LLC, where major modules for an e-commerce platform were delivered, and Manager in Product Operations at Rediff.com, focused on high-traffic site operations and real-time data feeds. With early career experience starting as a Project Leader at Grey Matter India Technologies and a LAMP Developer, Umang has a strong foundation in web technologies. Umang holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Sardar Patel University, completed in 2004.
