Ramona Dimache

Ramona Dimache currently serves as the Service Delivery Director at Qualysoft since October 2021, focusing on enhancing user experience through effective IT service delivery at both national and international levels. Prior to this role, Ramona was the Operations Lead at HRS Romania from June 2018 to October 2021, overseeing service provisions and reporting. Ramona’s earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Manager at Experis, leading the establishment of a Centre of IT Recruitment Excellence, and various roles at Temps HR, I FUTURE, and Equity Invest, which involved recruitment processes, client management, and team coordination. Ramona holds a Master’s degree in Train of Trainers from the University of Bucharest and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations from the same institution.
